outlook 2007 快速增加联系人

! c2 q) ~9 Q/ |: n3 s( t& Foutlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

1 g/ u3 m4 f" u* B1 p8 B+ _$ u1.Open the email message from the person you want to add

5 m! [% Z1 n5 A3 x+ @2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
0 d* Q# e) A$ yThe Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired
HINT: To move between fields, press [Tab].

4.To save this contact's information, click SAVE & CLOSE
OR
5 c6 Z6 d1 j* }" D, aTo save this contact's information and add a new contact, click SAVE & NEW
