+ @" I- K: l* F) poutlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：$ C/ U% ~" A. R. x3 `, B5 z

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add 4 d+ t4 F( s) q5 P# A
) r0 f8 Q% |8 J2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
* H0 \5 n6 t6 q# TThe Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

- w' e! |, X. |) @6 ~3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired
