A baby food recall is underway as a popular Heinz baby cereal may contain elevated levels of a mycotoxin.

No illnesses have been reported from consuming the cereal. Heinz Canada says that the cereal may contain elevated levels of Ochratoxin A (OTA).

- s% y, r- a o% B( W8 @In a news release, CFIA says Ochratoxin A is a mycotoxin produced by fungi that can grow in food such as grains, grapes and coffee beans and has been classified by as a possible human carcinogen.
