· Providing purchasing and invoicing services, including creating, placing, expediting purchase orders and processing them for payment using SAP.- m/ A* L2 I3 {; \- Z+ F" q

· Coordinating the purchase and issue of service recognition items, member name tags, and business cards.

· Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, filing, preparing and distributing agendas, mail services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating the Manager’s meeting and schedule.

· Two years diversified word and information processing experience.
