1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)

3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
' Z1 b6 n$ L* M4 G7 W2 |( \$ ~4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)
; U1 c3 a& P4 j5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

Milk 130ml

sugar 40g+30g

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled

4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well2 U4 n- j8 ~5 u3 W$ _# F! @
