1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)

1 w' ~( Y2 f7 s+ K% _$ d; V- q2 E4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)- u) c* a$ x5 K+ |6 d% }
5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water7 ]( R) i) r0 `

sugar 40g+30g

2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar
1 J8 g s" n4 i' {8 {$ G3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)
7 o8 D9 u: }6 S2 Y! d1 J1 i4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well

下半部很綿但是上半部活像個甜的蒸蛋$ i2 _! V" {% ~ j9 ^' [& w2 X* ^
