Pudding Recipe

Milk 500c.c
- f+ T3 w% k3 Tegg 2+ c, O- g7 i: S; x4 S4 i% ]
egg yolk 16 j5 W) W6 `- b
sugar 80g+ u8 j1 h* }$ b& Z m+ p! x, [
Y6 }4 \, {9 z6 ?- o: t1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)
' I+ h0 w& Z) s z5 T% N5 i2. Add mixture of eggs with 1., l) R" _- H* _; U8 t
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
7 D+ H9 h# E) s- i1 @" j4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)
% V' M. q& ^! P, }5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

Whipping cream 300ml

egg yolk 5; u3 C/ t* ^" P$ k3 S
sugar 40g+30g
0 |) _* q! e# Q7 u9 Wvanilla extract 1/2tsp* W' |7 @$ ]- S* r0 o) P% b
, l) n5 \+ _/ i8 r8 g6 z9 ?6 g
1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled
8 J3 X" U6 E5 j+ V2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar ! e; n6 l: |& l' P+ L3 U3 ~. g
3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)
0 j0 [, b+ t T/ |& Y/ q! ]( V4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well
1 J5 Y8 }) d& p* I5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water4 n3 w5 W3 ^% p+ U

* L- a6 }) f9 O* k. D. s用第二個recipe
9 c$ { u# }8 _; y' L喜歡硬Q點的放幾個全蛋
# M9 Q9 _% X& }7 e. s4 S有蛋白就會比較凝固
