! W3 n; F6 f; A" [5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water$ m- X! p8 R! J- [9 ]6 V

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled
" r: A/ m5 V" E/ ~2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar
p, K0 x6 n# @. P0 W; u% }/ J* v3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)' p7 i+ u3 x4 B0 K) @( K, E* r
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well l+ s% I6 x9 V4 n) W2 X
5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water
