& Y* ^+ }% d; u5 K; M8 G! FSchedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Must be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
-Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
-Post-secondary education preferred;

- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
, d+ E* F1 h, A6 o% G- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
