公司税务知识讲座

讲座时间：2010年1月23日上午10：00~12：30

地点：福州公会

讲员：周为熙 Weixi Chow

PhD in accounting theory and assistant professor in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1989, PA

Controller of private companies in Edmonton for years, and established Alltax & Accounting Inc in 2005, partnership with other professionals in Sherwood Park.

During the 20 years in Canada, accumulated experiences in the areas of business, corporate financing, accounting, income taxes and corporate structures.

Incorporating a company vs. running under the proprietorship

Issues regarding incorporation

Issues of managing a corporation

Tax plan and corporate structure in regards to tax advantages

Other open topics and questions if time permits

2 hours + 0.5 hour free talk
