8 ?/ ?) Z' p1 V- Design and deliver educational and preventative workshops about addictions to kids & youth$ |9 v6 f8 h& U3 T
- Work with a team of actors to develop and deliver of a touring play about problem gambling$ j6 n) Z. r* m$ T) B+ t, t A! ~
- Build and sustain relationships with schools, social service agencies and community groups1 ~0 c, p! \0 b; Z
- Identify community needs and best practices in the area of addictions prevention and further develop the program to meet those needs
; T3 n+ u" ]% I- Complete regular reporting to Alberta Health Services – Addictions & Mental Health) ]/ ^1 u2 }% m0 Y; P" @5 p. [. X

Key Qualifications:
7 `4 `$ ^+ f I) M8 Z( i6 [, C- Post secondary degree or diploma in social/human sciences
' l5 j; R) w4 U' T% y% x4 I- At least 2 years experience in the fields of addictions & mental health, education, health promotion, public health or youth engagement1 k" `# v. O3 ^" e
- Strong ability to work well with youth, community workers, teachers and others
2 W5 G0 w/ q3 w# J6 v3 `- Experience doing program development
- ~- Y* \) a9 @- [6 W0 w2 X5 r* O- Strong organizational and coordination skills1 F* e, E" R% ?; x' x: A. F" x2 j2 S; r
- Self-directed and able to take initiative2 S0 I9 ?# e0 d5 U: m
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; fluency in an Asian language is an asset

- Skills in marketing & promotions
