Which lot is better?

Sorry, can not type Chinese. Could you help to look at these two lots, which one is better?# v5 E0 [7 p; j. `% B0 r8 O9 l

44, bigger lot, Conner lot, close to the pond, and not facing school yard.

& N$ s8 [$ z5 Q  ?" B8 y44 is good too except for the narrow font (only 34 feet) and you will facing other people's back yard.' ^! d3 ^$ g$ H0 T) O( f/ w* Z+ I

You don't want the baseball hit your windows, do you? School back yard is good for some people, and bad for some people(no privacy) .

2 x; L4 T, U$ k" J0 ], a( B' ^) g4 olot 44 基本价= 40/2 = 20 万,很接近要价。
" N6 }% [9 Y) xlot 46 基本价= 38/2 = 19 万,实际价高出两万,虽然背靠绿地,但学校绿地不足以溢价2万。背靠绿地由劣到优顺序为:+ o* R+ `3 F, r8 k1 V+ e4 B
高压线,高速公路,学校,公园,小湖, Ravine, 大湖。

当然是44好。前面通小池塘,后面是小路。小路南侧是池塘和贵房子。车库在北侧,客厅在南侧正好和邻居相隔较远,客厅可以做两侧窗,或者做成八角形的格局。1 V( s; ?: z# `" C8 A

% |1 J+ w0 P; j' R+ j) b/ P/ R: Q46虽说是靠学校绿地,但那块绿地地势高于房子,不爽。

以性价比来说,Lot 44 in Block 5 合算一些。: c, e4 \+ u& q* P+ O
lot 44 基本价= 40/2 = 20 万,很接近要价。4 Q( u, g" c: Q0 `; m1 g' Y1 O

! a: h$ T: t/ \* O5 c7 J$ a# N3 e) A7 Z& ^; `8 r
房子的射影不是方形的。在最窄的地方只有车库,34肯定够用。等到了要摆客厅的进深,宽度肯定已经不止34了。具体pocket形状要拿开发商的图纸和建筑商一起讨论如何利用最大面宽。

另外有一点疑问,WST回帖中说  “Lot 46 基本价= 38/2 = 19 万”, 38 是pocket size吗?我看着两个pocket都是40的pocket 呀?
3 E" h9 H. f# t3 N) q' T) x3 P4 F1 g: }还有site plan 上注明44是RC (Restrictive covenant),有没有什么说道?

38 是pocket size. 我又看了 lot 46 (block 3) 的pocket是38。你再看看。
