2010年2月2日埃德蒙顿消息：2010年1月，独立屋在1月份的销售量与去年12月大致持平，而康兜的平均价格下降了2%，所有房型销量较12月下降了6.8%，但市场保有量接近翻番。% F8 e4 }% u V9 s- h$ Y+ x% b2 d

同2009年12月相比，2010年1月的成交量有所下降，各类房型总成交量为884个单元，独立屋（singlehouse）共成交524套，康兜（condo）成交288套，但总成交量去年同比仍然上升了154套。1月份，新挂牌出售的房屋有2,199套，售出比例为40%，而总的市场保有量有 4,864套。一个单位的房屋从挂牌到售出平均需要57天，而1月份所有房产（包含民宅、商用房、农用建筑）总销售额为3亿1千5百万，同比上升19%。
