Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
3 f- S  G4 o1 G' _Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
+ ]& w/ T0 [# {/ [5 SMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
& P0 P+ L2 I1 `2 yPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
1 t  L1 z! ]# M2 ^- ^7 KHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

4 _- I1 g% \: E) f7 _         2 - 3 years work experience as retail salesperson
