Position Responsibilities:
. Y3 B( Y6 _$ N. G) {• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control& f/ h4 f5 { y
• Identification and replication of software defects
7 t2 u& g/ T1 }) W9 A k' s• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ( F* ?6 w& R' S/ b) V$ C. ?( U
• Managing customer expectations
$ F( `, B# f0 h$ n5 S- ?& U• Documentation of technical procedures
& f p% ?3 x6 p9 C6 `7 _' A/ ?• Trouble shooting client network issues ( V1 J3 O. _: X: Y
• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin
