Position Responsibilities:
2 R* o6 z* T5 m•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control/ H* ^- P- Y' x- v2 l, m3 P, r
•        Identification and replication of software defects  . G. ~8 ]* H2 s2 R/ c: ^+ `- u
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
0 O! y9 {. R7 `$ q' h/ |•        Managing customer expectations 7 D; ]( f5 E/ X! I* w
•        Documentation of technical procedures
8 ^+ R1 J0 F6 B; C" w) J•        Trouble shooting client network issues
1 p6 Z$ L# K' i0 \+ a- t( {. N•        Optimizing system configurations  
0 N( n7 [5 S6 C' p4 E/ L# e: H* h% `•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) + D+ u: `, [& w0 z
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
; y- g$ e: k, `6 f( U2 E, i0 V9 X! v3 p•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training
# V7 t6 T- ^6 t: v•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required
7 k+ \/ X$ k: x" F" o•        Customer service skills 8 e# B, Y4 W1 P  _2 A0 m' C& E4 [! @
•        Technical writing skills ; H3 J1 Z/ s" r) z" O* z6 {6 ?
•        C++ development skills 6 a: a1 |" \: ^2 Y
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.* }& D6 T) ?: X7 e
•        Network trouble shooting skills 3 E$ D8 {; D! a
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
8 U2 c& M/ a  H2 C% Q•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
) h: o1 q! H( Y& c•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement) 3 c' n0 s4 l- @9 k/ t$ y
•        Ability to work independently

Experience and Education
5 ^6 W, @# y, w" n. {: y& x•        Technical degree or diploma
3 k6 \: |* g: r! K& Q' Z! K* t•        2 years experience in a technical support role3 Z0 @9 }! j- E0 o' q2 j3 n* ]
