Position Responsibilities:
% w1 f7 e8 R2 Z* S" A7 p2 \• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control X# @2 J9 W, J. a$ w D
• Identification and replication of software defects - L9 X4 J* C" `( W: S* ?( k: q$ G& d+ }
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
4 [: |/ H7 \6 {, K8 x3 I; O% l• Managing customer expectations
8 N& [- _ W6 }$ g• Documentation of technical procedures , g# D# x# O/ M: T, r
• Trouble shooting client network issues ! L! }( ^% F' O- {
• Optimizing system configurations
) z% i3 v0 j: z( Z, s7 H• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

Skills and Knowledge Required
