Position Responsibilities:
1 r: P4 \) o0 d; |3 E• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
+ \4 {. k: p2 R! ?• Identification and replication of software defects - F- }; j- v2 i& v! q; v
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 1 m7 `$ O. J0 F0 X$ ?; d8 P
• Managing customer expectations 7 x; F' \2 P8 e- \( Q1 ?
• Documentation of technical procedures 6 @, X% i" d% w& f4 }
• Trouble shooting client network issues 6 s! x7 w9 l% N+ f( f1 C* `
• Optimizing system configurations
9 B2 o2 `6 J T• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Work evenings as required

• Network trouble shooting skills

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments % _5 m; R5 `) g6 B
• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
