Position Responsibilities:
2 R* o6 z* T5 m• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control/ H* ^- P- Y' x- v2 l, m3 P, r
• Identification and replication of software defects . G. ~8 ]* H2 s2 R/ c: ^+ `- u
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
0 O! y9 {. R7 `$ q' h/ |• Managing customer expectations 7 D; ]( f5 E/ X! I* w
• Documentation of technical procedures
8 ^+ R1 J0 F6 B; C" w) J• Trouble shooting client network issues
1 p6 Z$ L# K' i0 \+ a- t( {. N• Optimizing system configurations
0 N( n7 [5 S6 C' p4 E/ L# e: H* h% `• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) + D+ u: `, [& w0 z
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
; y- g$ e: k, `6 f( U2 E, i0 V9 X! v3 p• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• System training

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.* }& D6 T) ?: X7 e
• Network trouble shooting skills 3 E$ D8 {; D! a
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills
8 U2 c& M/ a H2 C% Q• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

• Ability to work independently

Experience and Education
