Position Responsibilities:
% o T2 q, k5 S4 o0 O; q2 @• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control6 _$ b$ ?% \3 p. J7 M3 U6 H
• Identification and replication of software defects + ^5 Z0 ^' \8 V4 W( c4 I
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
, U; ?6 r( d/ L# }, D• Managing customer expectations , W3 ?; h* R6 ~. g8 t" b* a3 b
• Documentation of technical procedures
& q i& J+ V* k3 N4 [4 L, @5 @• Trouble shooting client network issues

Experience and Education
