Position Responsibilities:
- N3 M$ a+ o% x# r1 v3 D5 K3 \•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control! v, r* o9 L' A- g& i4 }6 V/ Y
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
' ^5 ]6 v1 z) p% _. ]7 W4 O•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
1 A. [; v3 [0 k3 a•        Managing customer expectations   u2 O+ V0 G- U9 s1 `
•        Documentation of technical procedures 1 P1 d# f7 J0 p  u, d" `- C+ t
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
& Z' f+ M2 y7 Z! ]: a& J•        Optimizing system configurations  $ S3 ]. w3 a% \  _" P8 n
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) . P8 O+ g: f$ ?& [9 X0 S2 \
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system   _7 R! D! L9 g7 K# j+ ^/ m  i- B2 S# o
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training ; T  x! Z( m, R( ^* v
•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

8 g# Y( \- |3 I2 i. F3 H& i% V* ySkills and Knowledge Required8 x& n6 v1 B' ~2 l$ E- b
•        Customer service skills
0 W4 d! \# u) O) o, U2 V1 _& g* ~•        Technical writing skills * N, z9 O5 i& J8 v
•        C++ development skills . b* N6 ~  E/ s: E
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
# `- U0 U' _& E•        Network trouble shooting skills ( l2 G- E. E3 P5 k" `: y7 d! B
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
& @+ R7 T; N# E  R1 R0 A8 f! Z•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
9 D/ a: R5 e3 E3 N2 _•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

5 l  M, q# m: I0 E- H. H•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin

•        Technical degree or diploma 1 \) f5 |- q/ ], P1 I6 R0 x2 f
•        2 years experience in a technical support role& k  T) k5 `7 T7 y* v
