Position Responsibilities:% [, D8 m& q' }3 C1 }" V: W2 C
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
3 d0 a# d8 V/ D" `$ f$ r" u# ]" I• Identification and replication of software defects
! K0 {! l; J. a• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
; m$ P# d; U c1 p! E" i/ j• Managing customer expectations
+ o8 ^. N8 ^$ g/ o. I% v• Documentation of technical procedures H. Y9 G5 c6 p& l+ V
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• Site services worldwide

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
