• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control) Z; m5 k# R! L9 x! f* i
• Identification and replication of software defects
. P4 J& W3 X. J+ z• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ! w2 B x% J5 K* n
• Managing customer expectations . k) e+ P- L- o6 h
• Documentation of technical procedures / N) |' f0 \# h0 m
• Trouble shooting client network issues 4 ?' U0 k0 i4 Y, i
• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

Skills and Knowledge Required

• C++ development skills

• Network trouble shooting skills

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
