• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control6 t- P& a" V( F9 s2 I; {0 z
• Identification and replication of software defects ) D: S7 P' @1 Q& I7 Y+ B
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
* Z8 m4 d/ @; W0 r# X: R1 j• Managing customer expectations
+ t% ]2 S7 `' a+ ^• Documentation of technical procedures

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

Skills and Knowledge Required

• C++ development skills
