Position Responsibilities:3 _, O; w% {$ W7 ]2 `& m2 G/ h C
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control. w1 Z5 J! N$ P+ H
• Identification and replication of software defects
6 m0 a9 Y8 k' D. M• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients _' [. d# T: O7 \( X# I5 G
• Managing customer expectations ; |8 D( l+ u8 \4 |) Y! o
• Documentation of technical procedures

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system ( }9 V- V# y( v* i
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. ( e% ?2 E( X/ R( ]% S
• Site services worldwide

• Customer service skills

• Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
