• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
# x- F8 f6 J3 J• Identification and replication of software defects $ h, k3 ]* o0 ?+ Y- z' b$ b
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients $ j* d6 o) @8 [8 x6 r. |; ?" ?7 B
• Managing customer expectations " k9 A8 b g8 Q

• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
