•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
# x- F8 f6 J3 J•        Identification and replication of software defects  $ h, k3 ]* o0 ?+ Y- z' b$ b
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  $ j* d6 o) @8 [8 x6 r. |; ?" ?7 B
•        Managing customer expectations " k9 A8 b  g8 Q
•        Documentation of technical procedures $ q. N, ~% o0 I5 b8 |: f
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
- x. c! w6 u& Z9 S•        Optimizing system configurations  : c0 U0 w) G. s/ l, T
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)   T; k7 T' Y* b( m" U$ A) V
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system ( p1 i# `5 `' Q: z1 J/ T
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. 9 a; A1 O- t) Z$ U9 [
•        Site services worldwide

% M8 `' [. m$ B/ k) C- x2 v•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required( k' W/ @* o/ e% p% F5 C3 k
•        Customer service skills . M% d2 S" N  f7 A
•        Technical writing skills
" F* @6 f) i) ^3 e5 g•        C++ development skills & [; i8 k; n; w' `% h
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
$ C8 Q1 L, z- O  Y" b•        Network trouble shooting skills
0 F$ s) j. L: ]' U" H5 D•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
3 R( m0 _, V+ h6 P•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments & N' W' s! N" @2 C7 }: }$ l9 x
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin

•        Technical degree or diploma 6 p% D; w; p9 E- C1 x) i
•        2 years experience in a technical support role; B0 o( o& C2 U# Q- c
