•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
. P4 J& W3 X. J+ z•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
•        Managing customer expectations
•        Documentation of technical procedures
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
  h3 b4 f& f0 z4 K4 h- y. u) g•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
/ Y! S0 q9 ~9 G' U6 [  ~8 K' z•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        System training

•        Work evenings as required
Skills and Knowledge Required

•        Technical writing skills
•        C++ development skills
9 ?" Y' c$ N, ~) ]8 J3 x•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
•        Network trouble shooting skills
' ]6 }' s* o0 c' b# f1 H•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
4 s, c0 T; a2 c" g$ ]•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

•        2 years experience in a technical support role
