• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control6 x1 {: W$ k$ G A' A' |$ P
• Identification and replication of software defects
; Q+ s- ^. r0 A f3 B• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
) E; i, Z& `* X' ^• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

• Technical degree or diploma
