您说的不错,我自己就在Sandalwood盖房子,比它大200尺,背靠pond,walkout basement,装修也比它好很多,造价也就58万。虽然只跟这个房子距离10-15个block,也非常安静;但是就像小黄讲的一样,我的地皮就17万,比这个可能便宜一半,因为这里是Gagrath。如果我的房子在这块地皮,可能至少70万,但是我没有那么多钱去买这样的地皮啊。4 z1 k4 |/ }+ _1 ~7 C, n! w
该区东边的房子大多是estate homes,在$1M之上,是我这样的平民百姓承受能力之外的。这也说明房地产的真理:LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION.几个blocks只差,价格就天上地下。

(refer to the one of 9th floor, not the one P. Huang suggested)

I saw this house last year summer. seems it is back to market again with a higer price. 9 \% q5 k% |# }- o( ^+ ZI like the interiors but the back yard is quite challenging.........
