Any input on Cutler-Hammer Starter?

Two  cutler –hammer advantage  starters are  doing the same thing:
After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the  start and stop buttons on DCS screen  , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.
It is a cycle.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.
# E$ q  ^8 A; u; z3 m: s) I. W( hSwap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.
3 Y9 F' L  C9 d, H" N& KThe problem should be inside the bucket.

8 C% a& Y- E" b9 O. r; HWhen the problem happened, we observed that  the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
# {/ Q* H2 ~& _+ `. U9 ]Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we  bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

  H( w# D6 `2 W/ O% B& C1 t2 GThe next thing we can think of  is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
% p" Z" o9 z2 N$ q3 H9 b9 }) s: d( sThey  have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered  the connection and tried again.
It is getting better  this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.

Don't know cutler –hammer advantage  starters very well, but had been worked on AB switch gears for a little while, which has two different coils, one to pull the vacum bottles up which employs larger current, another one uses less current to hold the connection---if the second coil fails, it won't be able to seal the connection.
0 t1 \2 c3 [1 [! l' ~& OSince your cutler -hammer works couple times,  I guess 侠客行 is right, or the sealing connection is just worn out.
