0 V3 B1 W) n/ G0 |. z" _, O After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains./ l$ b; `' [$ t- |2 h# S
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.* Y# d: P( [( c; x
The problem should be inside the bucket.

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.! [' i+ A4 k8 Z+ l! ]
Use a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.4 }. U/ e# [' R, \- X& R {
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.. X$ a( C4 Y! z. e. ]; x$ v; E
% B) o9 Z, ]5 r K+ h& C
The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
! @; q3 W& s U; v5 P/ b) L' VThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.. k0 F% m M* S0 x+ w
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.
