This position will be filled with an internal candidate on, either, a project term or Secondment basis.

Directly supports the completion of and prepares project scheduling activities on the Husky Sunrise Project. & d7 m; W3 {3 O; D& r; w
Responsibilities
7 X1 ?. l1 A# q/ c% b Ensures a high degree of consistency for work produced throughout the project by establishing and promoting internal standards and practices related to the development of project schedules. A1 S/ T W4 {) H# C: Y7 d+ a* b4 F

Works with external engineering consultants to establish clear expectations regarding their scheduling practices and conducts routine audits to ensure a high level of compliance with those expectations. # b7 Z. T2 M4 `, S7 I, }

Establishes and maintains a general definition of functional stakeholder input required on the development of all project schedules.

& C0 P8 f- ]' A0 F" K Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience on projects directly related to the hydrocarbon pipeline or similar process industry. + z- p8 J( F3 d& [
2 N5 t& a8 ?# }4 I& x# F' V
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera scheduling software. ; c) W6 |1 P @( V6 Z0 T
3 M) m) t9 p6 n8 W. M9 e1 {( `Ability to assess challenges to developing accurate and comprehensive project schedules and develop/implement appropriate strategies to resolve those challenges 9 Y0 h) L" ?7 s" P$ o4 Q

Demonstrated project management, conflict resolution, communication and interpersonal skills
