The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to. t8 e, l1 B# A5 A" e
Tools -> Internet Options5 y7 ]# ?8 t& X! B- m( m! L
Click the Connections Tab9 ~% {/ q6 X( v0 o9 G' {7 b% K
Click the the "Lan Settings" button
0 ^: Q0 D! T7 P- q/ p+ y* XRemove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"
