Recruit Participants

- conduct interviews to ensure participants have necessary qualities

- submit quarterly reports to program manager and timely reports according to requirements of each funder

Project Evaluation
' i) U: T! ~3 m0 `# f- work with external evaluation consultant to collect appropriate data for evaluation

- excellent knowledge of the issue of racism in Canadian society

- developed knowledge and skills in one or more performing arts
