- Maintain partnership programs with customers

- prepare marketing plans for new market segments

- Proposals and presentations
- Project management, budget preparation (team work)
- Identify potential commercial risks

- Make research and selection of the targeting market, and organize to make the annual market development plan.

- Effectiveness of costs control of marketing development
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education certificate (ideally from administration, marketing, and/or engineering)
& C& q9 K! {# {9 X- [4 I) u0 }- 3+ years successful related experience background
- Previous working experience in China would be an asset
- Flexible for travel within the China, and North America or Europe occasionally.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
! q7 W% C3 Q8 u+ g# F8 n  D  I7 ^- Chinese language skills are an asset.
- Outgoing, confident, consultative rapport builder
  s1 y6 o' ?3 P. ?/ c1 k* t9 O- Effective closing and follow up skills, project management

. G5 K( }" v( Q" H+ y+ Q- Self-managed and able to work independently
- Highly organized and effective time management and problem solving skills
- Proficient administrative & computer skills for MS office, presentations

- Valid driver’s license.
