I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
( ]# g- L+ e/ J; `+ J% J; ](a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

' K3 C: A3 ]  L) v$ ~I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
  V% Z% p, j! `: b% A5 n$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
/ E6 _7 E+ X* g6 ~30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
& A& h7 d# [6 d3 D- c, p* _  Hmonths, so it is still quite clean.

; Q- L8 d3 _& L) wYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
