I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
$ p0 q6 J" |4 F& ?2 T5 R9 G. t(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
0 z' \. g9 y8 F; h/ F# H% d; aSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
" d' u# E5 Z% _, b* V$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
' Q5 Y2 m! w) smonths, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
" u# e" O" E% J/ Ncheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
7 ^& n! p4 }% Y; Alease required.
