9 Z) [- ~& r: _5 oI am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
* r" m1 N$ o4 w; b' M$ v' u" bSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.
/ b1 N% M6 Q9 S$ q% k( b7 R0 J4 s' x4 h
: k; b' Q2 b5 C' a# l4 bI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
6 l, l" t7 X1 t& a1 V7 }$ n30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

: U& O$ `& X, W( ZYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
  S  X2 s5 k; U% e8 ~9 J5 Jcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
" j" ~5 J* h4 S2 p7 z3 xafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
lease required.
