I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
2 l: Z* [- E, Y' c(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
& x3 l  y& K  a  N: l  y  pSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

7 Q$ \1 Y& v5 }$ l3 ~  uI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
7 s3 z% H  G* N6 R# u30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

* o2 n' v3 W* m8 U4 z8 f# OYou can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
/ F1 U; f, p! B$ rlease required.
