; o6 l% t' {% i  s- rReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
7 F7 o1 X8 L8 R  V        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
7 d$ q. t, T4 W, n! S8 Y        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
) u- A. ~/ E3 J3 B. J2 B, S        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
0 C# M% ~7 e. |! e        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients
0 \! v/ F( x' X; C# ]: [
QUALIFICATIONS:
•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process

•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
