SALES CLERKS

* I6 @- D) E, Z+ F0 E" ZEvery full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
  j; t" ]: g, P& ?2 Soperation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
customers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
2 j4 Y1 F6 X7 |' ^; Sthe Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service
• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
• Assist customers find what they are looking for
3 E; B1 f+ n/ b- x; j• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
3 u! v  Q. r9 B* P8 m6 Y# gstock
0 d  `2 \7 E4 U! t2 X  Q' ?! K, X8 J• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
/ i! s, |8 b# P* j8 c# Clooks under 25 years of age
Store Responsibilities
• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
" e  v- B# `- \8 O) m  V0 _2 B• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
, W+ q- p) k. N• Protect company assets at all times
: ?; k& q) v: I' T3 `- h! R• Close the store (key holders)

Qualifications
• High School graduate
• Criminal record check.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

' H7 r( G/ o6 I! w) b• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and
changes in strategies

Physical Requirements
• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
' i7 ~  |6 W, ^3 B• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
