Every full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
1 h: J4 ]6 Y7 d" coperation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
2 k9 e8 Y7 n/ \( l+ p9 l' F# Hthat the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
$ A3 _& F' ^) ]$ l/ Xcustomers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
the Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service
: k9 I3 f( `( l6 L* L6 q6 P• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
• Assist customers find what they are looking for
• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
; v6 h7 k! R. e6 T) S• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
stock
& Y8 q- X3 S. ^5 J- `• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
looks under 25 years of age
Store Responsibilities
• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
/ X7 B. t! G1 Z  W; O+ R# b6 |7 J• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
3 P+ l/ _, I% C8 u8 a• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
1 H# _3 S+ R% N% |3 n• Protect company assets at all times
• Close the store (key holders)
• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager
Qualifications
• High School graduate
/ T3 |, z& g7 n: Z7 R. p• Criminal record check.
2 z! w2 s& q0 ?5 W• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and

• Demanding workload

• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable climbing ladders
