I actually don't know what kind of message would be an appropriate one for those helped me and my girls last winter. But I do wish you know that your kindness made a positive impact on our life. In fact, I could not possibly make through this tremendous hardship without a few friends I met here. 2 `" _# A+ W1 M
3 i% W2 ?( O, ^Some friends witness many drama and sad moments in my life over the past eight months, I appreciate their understanding and unconditional support. All the unfortunate experience in the past somehow made me a happier person. 7 a# e' {' }6 L- ~( }, R# _
, a7 p: l# K( Q# {' w( w* ~: ~5 sFirst, I finally quit death watch. My older daughter is still palliative ill and her health will continue deteriorating. Instead of being horrified of her sudden departure, I try to cherish every moment holding her in the arms. She is blessed to have a great team of medical experts, the most compassionate caregiver a child can wish for, many friends who love her dearly.2 S! g$ |5 b5 J( V$ n
! A4 e; v8 b9 t9 gSecondly, my naughty younger dughter brought lots of new excitment. It's very rewarding to nurture a normal heathy baby. I should give the credit to my mother who has done a wonderful job in raising her.7 h1 J1 @# }% U, b. p
- S2 \% B6 Z, i% |8 C9 [+ \: _+ A/ \At last, I am heading back to work now. Working has always given me a sense of control; and it becomes more prominent when being a single mother.3 r( x( ` F8 A; Y, `
& E/ S9 K5 [ `6 I& H1 j7 X# RBelieve or not... I appreciate life itself more than ever. Can this be a closure for the past? I would like to carry your encouragement for the future...
