I actually don't know what kind of message would be an appropriate one for those helped me and my girls last winter. But I do wish you know that your kindness made a positive impact on our life. In fact, I could not possibly make through this tremendous hardship without a few friends I met here.

, T/ ]. G; @- y$ P8 X bSome friends witness many drama and sad moments in my life over the past eight months, I appreciate their understanding and unconditional support. All the unfortunate experience in the past somehow made me a happier person. 6 ]; O' h" C6 n; S
5 R+ M, ~( W1 s7 W( a0 iFirst, I finally quit death watch. My older daughter is still palliative ill and her health will continue deteriorating. Instead of being horrified of her sudden departure, I try to cherish every moment holding her in the arms. She is blessed to have a great team of medical experts, the most compassionate caregiver a child can wish for, many friends who love her dearly.- K2 p3 w# Q) c& I; k* j1 }9 E! ^

Secondly, my naughty younger dughter brought lots of new excitment. It's very rewarding to nurture a normal heathy baby. I should give the credit to my mother who has done a wonderful job in raising her.

% c1 v/ V' E' b+ RAt last, I am heading back to work now. Working has always given me a sense of control; and it becomes more prominent when being a single mother.0 B2 s: |9 a3 m# h' X2 ~3 w* c- T
* t) |0 Q4 ?) X$ H* `Believe or not... I appreciate life itself more than ever. Can this be a closure for the past? I would like to carry your encouragement for the future...
