7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.
# k; h& X( S2 E7 R8 d You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight
( ?. K5 \" W7 e% Y on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. ; ^! ]; s0 ^2 S1 L
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your; U3 t" G% U- ^& I5 ^2 p, s
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your! l/ l/ o1 r+ X p/ \: r
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon) G4 i: Z$ G8 h6 w% Q# g
arrival at the park.* x0 \3 Q0 `7 v$ P! u ~+ |! v8 a
5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of& I0 {+ G$ W9 t# [* A+ u z2 Q
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
) e& A8 J7 X5 w" C8 V9 ~/ a2 ] a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same
$ j6 m4 W2 K% m, U. N0 N J' U campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
' t6 `% u6 p& n& s& @+ X6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
& g6 B( U& F7 T" I: D) y+ R9 d6 ] a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of9 n) q- A" T- _
campsite; and the service type. " d/ k2 T, B' W9 H, _2 X0 }
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously1 w/ z' ]) d/ b7 P. D; } n8 t0 Y4 q
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at! W! [4 ?4 G" V+ @/ x
least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received8 [+ j0 E v5 k4 L) |2 F
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

10. Confirmation number: A confirmation number will be provided at the end of every completed0 C# Y. x5 m N) U& O: Z
reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete. 1 L5 U+ j- a: L% z& e$ p" s
# C2 B# U8 `# F+ q1 f It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to& q7 b9 b3 N3 c9 e; K
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

) h5 j9 m$ T, b: ] For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online& {" s" W, e/ w+ {5 _6 x* w6 e
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.! J2 R( T9 j9 M7 @ [" |: y# ?: v3 o
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
0 h. l7 r1 M, B6 M/ h0 i! l will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
q$ |: L/ o9 r( j: V- G Z% r check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
5 c, ~% J( v, ~! h# D0 ?' F - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
8 U, o2 d& K: ]( c you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your/ s# z5 o1 S0 l' _5 |4 [$ c
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,% u- ^3 J* I# D( Q# ~
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.7 r) j" N; r K7 n3 ~
- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before5 o' n. X" K I( U" m
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night

$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a% |8 d0 S" Z' X1 y* J4 T

guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change+ C, [* W8 _# j4 b7 e$ o

services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80- K1 t" u! y, G) e ?
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
1 ~8 X6 {& t* f$ X! ?' G14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
# m. x0 \/ }5 O3 x" \4 z f8 T0 n earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground3 @" x) J$ `7 Y/ e" ^- z3 K5 g
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee, b7 j4 _$ P2 f2 m" g( G: y) w
will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

; W& H* i% }4 [ r+ _) r. C& ^ on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact; w( ^9 }) L; V3 K; R. W/ F! O
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,! T+ M0 @. x/ ?% K2 O

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:- H+ I6 B# i" G/ s. ?- [. R$ N
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your- @0 u6 l& q& E) I! \) y. l
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
4 N4 G, J7 E# M nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
1 y0 E, j& w) | policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late
. q# Y. _! L0 J4 R arrivals in advance.

No-Shows " I3 y2 X' [% R5 x+ ?
9 d( S* V4 m, y C- b# t17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
. [8 N' F! l0 |; S' C! P scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of/ s" N$ u3 E5 ~
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

& l) [. h$ }7 @ B When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees' T) g6 F" A+ u" v$ C( L
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
