1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service

You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight) |* V5 B, I( k# [- C
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted.
+ G# t- {) s$ p2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your2 L' L% L6 Q% h+ }. i2 N; ~
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon

/ f2 ^' H; A" }% Y* C+ Q4 E% x5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of! A u# Q1 P. s7 S! E W3 M" Z4 V
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
. N* G: x0 w8 S* F: E! E a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same. J5 V B0 u' T* K k/ [7 }
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.9 E% Y* J6 U: {: R
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on
! H1 }9 I) x9 c6 t* e a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
! X% M. |" J2 b2 x! g5 i campsite; and the service type. ! ]2 i4 ~( |5 A' G, G! B
7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously& u$ v5 T6 h2 C8 i* `
confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at

for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.

It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to1 F, I9 b# \# J6 j' R
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You2 l/ ^ h( s6 z1 l* _: i
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
& U" D4 L ^" E$ v/ k6 k check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
3 f. v/ T) |( g0 }; a% N - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,2 E% F d/ b. }
you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your/ m7 J0 G1 @( W% L( \) V; ]
reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,
3 ]0 O1 r; n" W6 ?- T you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
( m0 D3 n; L3 O1 j7 v- V; Q - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before
& Z1 d7 H/ k0 @; X" d 11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night
7 X& d8 @" i" { G of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original' ?# U. F' K% M
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a

change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
" G; O z/ D) _) O$ w; b3 k. X14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving6 ]( `, ~# D. l6 a/ H w, e
earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground

will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:, Q# w* u) ]7 ?# T, M) ^
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
, f7 n" N5 t) n M! N1 y" @ expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
. S S8 R, W6 ~# x# K nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
& D; T- k( a2 \% u2 C# K policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late& K4 M* E. O8 a' n
arrivals in advance.

scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
6 s6 Z' C+ H- ^2 E! t( A your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."

6 W8 D5 ^0 d8 k6 N0 ?5 @ When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite

s* [! _, h2 g% P If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees+ h/ D& m0 J' }
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
