7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.. d* a2 u6 q0 f/ k5 V6 l
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight! A, E7 x/ c7 U: c
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. & t& k# @' |+ D$ W4 c% P
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your& `+ T$ j i9 Z/ ]( g3 V
reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are

. ^$ M# ]6 ?2 X/ ?: C4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your+ {# h8 s' k+ S* X9 H
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon2 @, Q* s5 x. U4 Q% F( w+ S
arrival at the park.
/ ~) x Z4 b3 j3 ^% H, X5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of& G$ ]7 w9 J# b" X# t( B
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as4 \6 @4 m0 }1 F# t* o# g" ]
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same3 G5 G8 t0 v# s# h! E( A
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80., P" I+ X# L& r1 {/ _( F. F
6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on7 d; r8 n4 j, u: T
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of" P$ w$ Y3 D" l, D, u2 Q# X
campsite; and the service type.

least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received

the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You

check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
$ }1 {4 m h% s$ Z& `+ } - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
8 h% v0 d! ]3 k; r* p" v you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
) K! e' Q: u% L) F reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before

will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please

on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact* }; d7 V ~6 [% l/ N
the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,
& E) e* ?; d( U6 K8 g' | W- j. n. r call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).
0 @% k/ C. T7 n6 |& ~( z: j& v16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
0 E5 `* }9 q! z$ h+ i If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your
* R( x- S3 X3 E+ W4 e3 I expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two2 h+ _3 N. Z6 W; G" [( P
nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see3 ?& W) N# ~8 w+ x- n+ M1 R4 E4 \. X
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your 8 `9 G6 d6 Z* J) _+ ^
scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
' Z% w o' z' x5 O your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."1 q5 u! H1 |( w3 i
3 G& b& ]- ~' ^* d. Z# P# h When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
2 V# K/ J6 B: e4 B5 S9 E/ ? will be made available to other campers.

1 L2 Y% a, L; _. l1 f$ a. d/ k If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees7 I* G% `" o ]6 ?5 H3 o
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
