Dr. Alan Kazdin, Director of Yale Parenting Centre, received James McKeen Cattell Award at Association of Psychological Science (APS) in Boston last week and made a brief award-accepting (and laughter filled) speech. 1 w6 l0 Q* x, h! l4 A( U u, A; q* F. y
Kazdin is known for his 40 years research on parenting method with defiant children. Last year he was also recognized by American Psychological Association (APA) with an award.& o2 d; e$ r9 {# Y# `( P5 z
