皮肤干燥,尤其是四肢.请问姐妹们都在用什么body lotion or cream 或者有什么好办法,
可别告诉我天天在水里泡着.

可以让家庭医生推荐一个skin specialist，他们给的cream都很有用。

1)Cetaphil moisturizing lotion .
2)George's special dry skin cream.

These are pefect for very dry skin.

在浴室水汽湿润的时候抹大量润肤露
买个加湿器
