: L' C' K2 U$ @8 Zname，email，telephone number，是否UA student或staff， alumni（不是学生需要交membership fee，好像是$12）， onecard number？

$ U# h+ k  z4 |. K5 ]$ b+ V* i男子三对三排球，报名时间9月10日，需至少3名male player，报名费$20每队。
比赛时间9月20-10月20日，每周一和周三晚上，共四周。

Levels:
/ s8 i9 c8 W, q1 L$ bRecreational:  These teams are composed of players with no prior competitive volleyball experience.
5 s: h5 Q( |, R6 t! l) OSemi-Competitive:  These teams will have a mixture of skill levels on their team.  It is intended for teams composed of  a mixture of skill levels or with players who play pick-up on a regular basis or who may have played in high school.
6 F. V5 W! U* r7 C5 Z) ^% i" SCompetitive:  For teams with players who played on their high school squad or who still currently play on a team (ie. City league, etc.)

+ K& b: y2 m6 T) m男女混合排球，报名时间10月5日，需至少男女各3人，报名费$70每队。
! i$ I2 y+ [* @2 L7 r/ Y( l2 ?比赛时间10月20-12月8日，每周一至四某个晚上，报名时需要选周几固定下来。
