Our Employment/Career Counselors provide professional support and assistance to our customers as they work towards meeting their employment needs. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:
7 `/ U7 i/ T, NPost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
: _) g2 c3 t; d) y, i* }Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
1 r `0 ?& p4 l4 cExperience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants R2 }* {& G* q
Excellent communication and negotiation skills ; P$ m" l! R+ u Y, S/ R
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
