" m; h0 v) `' T6 s/ kPost-Secondary education in career development, human resources or related fields
$ D* }9 K, F* v8 }7 q# w  vUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
" |) ?9 N0 V2 O0 L3 KExcellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
' ~6 y, C5 L0 ]; p) D, ^Current knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
