Our Instructor/Facilitators provide meaningful learning experiences to our customers. Qualifications that we typically look for in our team members include:

Adult education background
' s# }1 C: k' C1 @7 TExperience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
6 Z7 B+ Y  A! Z5 x6 R. [Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
  n% p. j+ h- F0 Q- R. T: hExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
3 a# [% D; U( y. P0 EComputer proficiency
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
0 r. _7 a" m3 `2 a% X6 RDemonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
  d: V! Z3 V( r" cDisplay positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
Professional appearance and presentation
