- ]0 {/ }0 ^9 ~: Q0 N7 G7 _Adult education background
Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
- V  v4 u' c* R4 A3 B' r* Q: H/ lAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
, T, q1 {2 m' a) E6 iExtensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
1 V9 `' L) D# r1 m& x9 _+ n3 B2 e$ rComputer proficiency
- R1 Z7 `5 {. p8 {. ^2 ~+ h' rStrong writing, editing and proofreading skills
8 V1 k# {* s) Z, uUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
Display positive self-concept
Possess excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills
