This is a nine month appointment, with the possibility of extension.

Duties
/ t' A. p% ^, @% a; e6 n4 ISupports a team that is responsible for developing and maintaining desktop and on-line applications using Oracle databases, Oracle tools (Forms and Reports 6i), and Java in various flavors
( @# p  ^3 M6 c* ?8 u/ b( NModifies forms and reports according to client specifications
6 W& T$ Z7 [, y( h- E1 h$ o; M0 v. TCreates and modifies web-based front ends using Java, JSP and Struts
6 f8 V6 h% `+ x7 QAssists in the conversion of applications from older Oracle tools to an Oracle Application Server environment
7 m! j+ @; F$ @Qualifications
3 G' [- Z. v0 n3 JB.Sc. in Computing Science; equivalent experience considered
3 T2 |- m' z, e" g3 a3 BSeveral years related experience in a similar environment
Knowledge and experience in Java, JSP, Struts, Eclipse, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Forms/Reports 6i
: U5 V: d; s/ w! K: u8 T1 ?Knowledge and exposure to Oracle Application Server Enterprise Edition 10g and Oracle Forms and Reports 10g would be a definite asset
! t1 W4 s/ [5 u6 V! m# X6 W2 R& HExcellent communication (oral and written), organizational and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills, strong commitment to client service, and a professional and positive approach
