Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
" z: P" V2 c& Q& k- A- D: sManager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
* S4 l" M7 X, S) r& S  p8 @ment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
4 K3 T1 X, ^& b8 y3 c; bThe duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Ÿ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
( k' {% y8 ?+ A  o  ithe organization;
; v" y' _1 H4 lŸ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
8 l" I. b7 z9 L  k5 N: SŸ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
8 k' |8 b3 |  xsupport;
Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
. d8 u: ]* W0 L/ mimplementing staff wellness programs;
0 W' e  r! ]3 F1 XŸ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
Ÿ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
Ÿ Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
' B4 N3 |0 m! Feducation and experience;
Ÿ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
" M2 {) V% [* o3 _$ g3 tŸ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
9 c. g7 [% v2 [3 N9 F" xverbal and written.
Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

successful candidate will be required to provide a criminal records check with vulnerable sector,
