Lac La Biche County is hiring for the full-time position of Manager, Human Resources. The
) _# h" S7 B7 p: P2 S8 VManager of Human Resources is responsible for providing assistance to all staff and manage-
ment as it pertains to payroll, benefits, recruitment process, morale, and conflict resolution.
The duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:
3 F& X; P( {: _/ pŸ  Assist Directors and management staff in the recruitment and selection of personnel into
the organization;
Ÿ Primarily responsible for all payroll administration;
Ÿ Assist management staff in the interview process by providing guidance and technical
# Q8 C9 D+ d/ f0 J5 x8 S/ A/ ksupport;
Ÿ Promoting the County to employees using programs designed to increase morale, and
implementing staff wellness programs;
4 i5 t# k3 q) l! d, p2 RŸ Responsible to oversee equitable and fair termination processes of County employees;
7 Y; w, G. C' j" A: f6 Q8 D0 yŸ Administer, process, and maintain company Group Benefits/Pension plans for personnel;
Ÿ Prepare budget for personnel operations and follow through with County Sustainability Plan;
2 z* D4 B8 _& {" MŸ Other duties as required.

Ÿ Post secondary education in human resource management, or a combination of equivalent
' v2 m0 s/ s1 ~% h; s8 h* w; Qeducation and experience;
Ÿ A minimum 3 to 5 years experience in human resource management;
Ÿ Must be very personable and approachable to staff;
Ÿ Must possess excellent conflict resolution skills and effective communication skills, both
verbal and written.
Lac La Biche County offers a comprehensive health and dental benefits package.  Salary Range
4 L& }, e- L7 Q, C. u* O' x5 R$71,690.77 - $88,789.06.  Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

successful candidate will be required to provide a criminal records check with vulnerable sector,
