 Coordinate food and recreational programs on and off-site.- @# p( n b; j% p
 Provide positive role-modeling and maintaining a healthy atmosphere for the youth.

 Attending scheduled staff meetings and workshops.

Qualifications:

 Some post-secondary education needed OR a minimum 6 months related experience.: R8 q1 s* d8 M4 W1 p
 Strong interpersonal, communications, teamwork, leadership and organizational skills.
4 S8 g: N6 M$ y! d2 i4 q3 e Non-judgemental and empathetic attitude towards high-risk youth.) S' C/ P( K; ~, K' r2 K: }7 F
 Broad knowledge base on issues affecting high risk youth: latch key, addictions, abuse, Aboriginal and other cultures, poverty, sexuality, etc.$ i, K# W1 `+ h" M' B+ R1 ^0 z
 Knowledge of community resources.
