俺觉得那个2storey split蛮好的？不知大家怎么看的？一般都选择什么样的房型？

人都是一窝蜂的赶潮流，现在多选2STOREY，应选自己喜欢的方为上策正策. Simply to put: 2 storey costs less per unit sq ft; bungalow priced higher; split levels have a bit more stairs to climb and less basement space; bi-levels have larger above-grade basement windows and more natural light.

这要根据个人的喜好和具体情况。至于喜好，萝卜白菜各有所好；至于具体情况，我觉得有老人的家庭不会喜欢split，爬上爬下的，不是很方便。

这2storey不如2storey split. 感觉后者很适合孩子多的家庭。
