• Familiarize with the assigned process units1 H# ^6 r7 t* f: P
• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
0 n& [0 M( O: i3 Q# h( ]$ {• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc." C% ?% j/ ^; ]5 N; _' U
• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.& k) @3 r" [# M$ U7 ^ O
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation
) x9 a" f1 z/ e" Z• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
