• Representation at area production meetings to report and address machinery issues.
• Trend machinery component failures and develop solutions for improving mean time between failures.
9 E: V# H" h  D$ _; V• Liaison with maintenance, operations, technical, vendor and EPC representatives.
; [" a- A+ M9 _! j; Q- R• Assist with condition monitoring programs such as vibration and lube analysis.
: i" g/ M& g0 b( L9 ~) w• Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause failure analysis.
• Equipment criticality analysis and equipment care plan development.
