Hours of Work: Part-time: 21 hours per week

-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
$ S& ]) j4 J2 n( Y-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client
-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception

. r( c8 \; U3 F6 FQualifications:
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement
) m7 z) w- T0 J1 ]5 M-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
7 E+ l, l% a9 }, c-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check
