' a  G. _! N; S5 x- A( k8 B-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.4 M; @( n1 J6 l& K$ {; v) M0 b/ k
-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
6 n7 D9 R1 }4 ?! R0 q! {-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team
6 q: n, }3 I% B-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client) f& {. O" ?" M: M1 |, C1 k
-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception" R& Q( O3 S# C# J9 g0 @! N
% _% C) t5 l( N
Qualifications:5 F/ K. I7 w2 z3 n& O2 a
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience
) F. B# N7 X/ ]* f9 M-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement & F+ s4 F$ G6 [2 s: y& i6 t
-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team% K: `& d/ J: }2 K$ t
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one; B' F* _; N8 }  w1 e2 l
-Requires police security check at the expense of employee and child welfare check; d, K' B2 u0 x$ z+ J
+ L, t9 `, C, V5 I* t
