Job Description
/ f$ P# h& f9 U1 F5 p7 |•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
6 u9 ?7 l  H( `1 V9 k0 L•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
- x0 _+ S; b. L  |. R•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
# o6 k% h6 s; \  ^5 Y•        Banquet room set up/tear down
% F: V) y- c! t- d! _•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Employment requirements
•        Completion of secondary school is required
3 c- W) a2 |" b0 R- _8 L•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
5 M4 G5 ?# I) J5 T7 a0 y- F" h•        Must be able to communicate effectively
) r) d! o( Z% }! I6 y# O$ X; R•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
! l5 s( d( c8 c: X0 h4 o$ [. ?•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
