Job Description
•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
* L3 V  w: z6 K) U•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
5 n4 U; Y4 L. ^•        Banquet room set up/tear down
: ^* P5 G; n& F* L" \•        Cleaning of work area
7 U& \: d+ w. Z' d1 a* ~# e) e•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager

•        Completion of secondary school is required
* T9 k# ^* a$ C+ Z% {+ b* ~•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
•        Must be able to communicate effectively

- P: I+ z2 k/ K- O•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
•        Ability to work shift work including evenings and weekends
