# h( c( t/ Z% M, {$ R7 H1 D•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals

•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
2 V, P% ^1 s1 w" @8 l•        Banquet room set up/tear down
3 \3 g* [6 v. V' m/ E/ P•        Cleaning of work area
6 m( E% L2 c) I5 H9 X! E•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
& x# g) v4 q; `$ j4 y•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards

•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
