% T/ T& c% \3 P2 b6 `Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
9 Z/ H1 B9 A# J2 thand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth $ m% @; g7 S( W) U3 }$ u8 a; e6 _8 S
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
7 \4 j$ `: Q0 O# g: }& s; H3 Eyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved 6 I$ U6 j N1 u% g
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
! f+ L# V3 F& @! x8 p, @! Y! \0 Pare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, 0 C0 L2 _3 x7 l$ J, T) [+ k8 a& n2 q
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
. H e8 O9 |; O' V- k u+ @accountable to the project coordinator.

6 y6 A. E8 k/ c6 w" M8 d7 YThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own & z, D& V7 }. d, p2 F
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
; ~0 G. O7 C: @1 i- KKeen ability to organize and lead
6 Q( N6 J5 j! g5 K# cRegular attendance at meetings
( D/ y: S, W B5 X# X+ ORelate well with other youth and adults
% j0 F/ _9 M) @4 S: O+ tWilling to be mentored and trained

$15 per hour plus benefits
