, I( x+ E$ U5 s& p8 @2 v4 nTagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
! b% P& ^8 l6 Q) n4 pservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
2 s# F) t3 ~5 g8 O2 {. `. }their development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
5 j/ X" |  p) e+ \6 {hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
" n# Z: i1 E4 H8 [Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
7 Z. L2 _0 j: `: ~youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
4 V* v) z* ^: b3 |1 l! j0 Xin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
7 Z/ y  q5 j8 ~. p$ c2 Y& C" G2 oare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
' S2 [* A" t5 E) G; Jbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.

0 U, B) w. j2 Z+ Z8 tThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
9 x5 ?: ^6 A! [$ F; E* ]9 eKeen ability to organize and lead
0 u5 V; k7 e; T* I6 `Regular attendance at meetings  
: U" A* X* Q! M' KRelate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary  
& E  H1 y0 c$ G( _% T! P$15 per hour plus benefits
