Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.
" L4 x, n1 T5 ?9 B# [2 f3 K
Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
5 L/ V. I. a/ c; m) _Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
  z+ \7 w% [, Y4 w" K* M4 zyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
+ @: h, Z  W5 _in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
8 E4 y5 m4 E$ c. |& {  [& e7 ]2 j( pare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.

, k8 `  {4 }2 b" o# lThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

) ?: O( E: e; O  W# Y18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
8 i; R6 H7 U4 F3 u+ ^! cKeen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
1 ^2 I" W' {% w6 f# i* ~Relate well with other youth and adults
2 B" j4 R6 v$ v+ ?. `" n9 k/ N# ^+ P; [Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary  
$15 per hour plus benefits
