The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. 2 a, A3 U/ i4 M( q: M/ h
: U2 K9 n% l% a) m8 KThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required+ X! z1 R' X- U5 e* H' M
• Answer multi line telephone system$ K, B1 m6 P! }) x
# d+ | N" W" ~- m- K1 v2 R
Administration:
* j. j# C2 Z6 h) n; Z D• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
7 E: F# {5 e7 ?, R( X• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
- f4 k, F, i. B: t• Input and manage high volume of data- ~( h8 L, H) S: j2 f' F* T, D% o
• Update and maintain databases
) g/ U6 b9 z L+ U# l• Generate monthly reports and statistics; S4 B; `, q+ B& J' }8 F; g
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation
$ G1 P. m- a$ i1 J. p- {• Process payments and complete weekly deposits, ^6 `6 _9 ~% G R8 @- p+ N
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms9 ^6 `. y/ A7 s1 k
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors, t( z. j' j2 J' ?: x
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre
# U7 X& r% Q1 J( ]3 R• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

Qualifications:
( D( r# g* W5 x4 ^% G
9 j6 t9 m6 `# w2 W. U M• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
' m* S9 E& `# W! Z2 t) g• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS 1 r5 y3 j% t1 `0 n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills2 v! e, Z, H! t. s/ X
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
