The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. , }1 i9 Y" }9 H" y* G& M; o
4 L) j# ^+ G1 i" `1 H& t# ^This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

Reception:
9 w0 ?6 [' l' N% n8 b• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required8 h& T* H9 {. ~0 i
• Answer multi line telephone system

Administration:
7 H. s. O- B: B) }• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
( f5 j* }" `' J V; Z9 P; y7 m• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
0 p `( e* B. ]3 A& K# ~• Input and manage high volume of data
8 {% ^4 y& ]2 V2 P8 _• Update and maintain databases
" X- `5 t3 h1 c• Generate monthly reports and statistics
" C$ b# ^ j* `: d• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation0 ^1 ]7 p8 i& ^4 {+ m; e: g$ i; k
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits
$ z0 w6 c) N2 `7 L; O( c• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
/ e. H. j( A- ]+ Q# W# P• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors

Qualifications:
9 Q+ _; r' A" h& o& m& Q% j1 B a% } S- T- ?; y1 @; d1 s
• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure
, g% U& r: W9 p0 b• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
$ ]* z* q7 v+ L+ n3 G• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
) j7 x" ]! R. i( Q. Z4 x• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work6 z& |( {, w. \+ q& o6 L7 A
• Able to interact positively with a diverse population
+ n9 O% ^4 ]! J4 b) Q• Strong customer service skills
