Delivers, sorts and picks up mail, parcels, courier documents, cylinders, crates, dangerous goods, furniture, tack boards, tables and chairs, surplus equipment, and any related incoming and outgoing items( |* | V# I- r
Obtains signatures, scans traceable items into Palm Pilots upon delivery to departments- D- c- D* r! z" K0 |/ m8 o* `! {
Ensures Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations are followed on TDG shipments inbound and outbound
2 E P" O8 r& h9 N4 `8 v& g6 NPrioritizes workload and requests from dispatcher and team lead
. p0 W& i8 k, N: C6 j& e* GOperates University vehicles from small vans to 3-ton trucks, including standard transmissions

; N' R0 q' b1 m+ ?" k" tValid Class 5 drivers license - the successful candidate will be required to provide a Drivers' Abstract and have completed a Defensive Driving course in the previous 2 years.
