关税问题

人在美国，看上了chanel 2.55，sales说可以寄到加拿大，这样可以少交税，

8 v3 G2 r& f8 ^; y9 }8 }' n0 e* _3 L有人知道这样做pick up时需要交关税吗？

好像是使用fedex邮寄的。。。
