I got a Delphi programmer interview with 35K. Is it very lower now? How much money I need to ask? It's a small company with 8 person.

But it is way too low. Right now the computer programmer job market is very good. And the salary is picking up. Of course, you still can take it and then look for better opportunities. You can try to ask 50k. That is about reasonable salary for programmers with 1 to 2 years experience.

It is based on the salary of someone I know. Maybe it is not very accurate.

I know market is doing well now, but not except this well. If what you are saying is true, I may think of going back to IT now.

I have over 10 years' experience, but the English isn't veru well. They will hire 2 Developer, and Yesterday afternoon They had interview with 5 persons. He also want call me and arrange an interview, But, I'm in toronto now.

我想Delphi程序员的工资可能会比C++或者JAVA程序员的工资低一点，因为难度不一样。

这只是我想的，或者说是猜的，请参考。我觉得你可以尝试要40K，就当是拿点这的工作经验，以后再找工资高的。

Congratulations! I think it totally depends on your situation now. If you have already had a professional job in Toronto and got a similar salary, I think you should not come to edmonton because 40k is not a very attractive for a professional guy. But if this is your first offer, just take it. It will be the start of your career in this country.

你联系一下“年轻的心”，他那里有移民接待站，每天$15-$25不等，你发短信给他好了。你把面试地址告诉他，叫他尽量就近安排就最好了。
