Just wondering how the value of the house is assessed by the government? Recently saw this ad: http://www.edmontonchina.cn/viewthread.php?tid=407691 and its sailing price $ 289,900 is much higher than the assessed value by the government ( by last July): $212,500.% o9 t, G& z' l4 V! k( K% L
' J9 U; `& L* f$ O- k/ {BTW, the mission of a realtor is on behalf of the seller, is this right? Is there any kind of realtor on behalf of the buyer? ( h/ w$ J2 E* K0 `1 n1 Z9 P8 G& T! G9 S1 ?
