Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

) Q* P& H9 k7 f3 nJob Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
$ n; }: }, E4 @, t' v- w& A+ f-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
: R0 P  a! p& Z' q1 R! Y-        Sell merchandise to customers
1 ?9 F) L7 D# e7 R1 m6 p-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
2 {) `& g, N5 z-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
: q* H$ @: e2 Q% g  `. J-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
/ v. `& l1 v3 O-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
