-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
+ Z' q, ~9 @2 }-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
% N! e8 n; s5 m- q-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
( a0 k2 m, k; x-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
5 ~" C0 N. N& R3 t# I  F-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
% z# Z/ d- o7 g-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
