天冷路滑，三天之内被撞两次

第一次周五在jasper ave, 我停车等前车，后面的车加速过路口后来不及停车，直接撞在后面，一声巨响。

我下车一看，由于雪融化后很脏，看不出有什么大的伤痕。后面是一辆雪弗莱轿车，前灯，机器盖，保险杠统统严重破损，不能开动。沮丧之余，我不禁赞德国车结实。

现在开始腰部下部疼痛。

周日中午去按摩诊所看看，出来后等红灯，注意到前一个stop sign 路口极其滑，心里寻思别再被那个傻子撞伤，结果不到1分钟后，再次被追尾！

我这个憋气！大年初一，初三两次被追尾。周一准备找个律师看看能否得到赔偿.....

你自己的保险应该cover你的损伤
但要及时保警备案，及时和保险公司申报
可以先去物理治疗诊所确诊

insurance injury adjuster from drivers involved in accidents called trying to settle down.

I think the maxium they can pay for the pain and suffering is $4000 cap ( new law in alberta) plus some loss in income and household chore. around 7000 bucks. However, it takes more than a year to settle down.

that what an insurance agent told me.
