what's the difference between these two words?

When talking about car insurance, one common mistake made by Chinese English mistake is the use of "deduction" instead of "deductible".4 p/ K0 T9 l1 z* N7 D, y

Then what's the difference between these two words?

one is N., the other is ADJ.

it's a confusing terminology.
