回国时候生病住院开刀了，回来怎么办理报销啊？

4 @) @1 \; h1 {! c老婆回国住院开刀了，一开始的时候保险还没有生效，到住院了一半的时候保险才开始生效。
% l& ^/ B! G; x所以，前面一段时间只是有移民的alberta health care的保险
8 y: l1 H! W" F+ x* ~后面才有保险公司的保险。
我想先去alberta health care报，
有什么不能报的再去找保险公司！
请大家指点一下如何去找alberta health care报！

You have to have travel insurance from your group plan or individual plan. Alberta Health Care doesn't include travel benefit.

是可以报销的。重点是必须证明自己还是Alberta 的 Resident, 到海外旅游。
报销的准则以同等价值在亚省医疗费开销。

, F, N" q: \+ u5 L收据必须翻译成英文， 回来后在一定时间内填表格寄到Alberta Health Care。

当然，如果有Edmonton的医生证明会安全很多。
$ e. d  y" q  v1 E8 I" }4 ~8 R但回国嘛，难免有急性的病。我没有提供Edmonton的医生证明。

& Z5 O0 h( @% G  H2 b  S, f比如， 我2007年回国时，住了4天医院+1天门诊，我附带了国内医院的出院小结，病因是“急性肺炎”。实际费用95%左右全报了。按标准 100加币*4天+50加币*1天。

2010年回国，有一些医院门诊的费用，包括孩子急性结膜炎，自己过敏性皮炎（被虫咬了）...也基本报了。最后AHC只有9元多加币没报，我在公司的保险中报了。
我提供了
7 ?6 A, A5 A" R5 t8 n3 H( d1.医院的收据和自己对收据的英文翻译。
6 n- r2 K$ @; Z6 }6 u2.还有病历页中的医生诊断(中文)。-这个不是必须，不过尽量做到材料清楚。
) [8 ~& D& u3 B0 J8 v3.在收据的英文翻译件下，简单地用一两句话用英语写个note, 这个是莫迭儿于几月几日回中国期间，由于xxx病就诊发生的费用。

我当时觉得不对, 我就要求HEARING. Alberta Health Care再也没理我.
当时病还没好全.没精力和 Alberta Health Care追究.
看来我是倒霉了.

可能看病因。
如果知道要动手术，可能保险起见，需要这儿的pre-approved？我不确信。因为没报过手术费。

同意。
. S' M$ P/ u1 S0 X. @, Z1 I2008我小孩回国时要住院做手术，当时也不是紧急到要马上做，只不过想在国内做手术起码语言沟通起来没问题，临时性的决定。回来后向AHC申请住院手术费用等报销，基本上都报了。不过最后到帐的等待时间比较长，足足三个月。
