Position Summary
/ B# W& _/ s* x- R: m4 [; P3 fUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
' I8 F" [+ T" U7 `9 K; Bplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

' M: t5 O$ F* }To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
Must be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
7 j! \5 l! m& \School)
Must have supervisory experience
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
4 Y& a5 A! `: C& ?7 Q/ ZMust be computer literate
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.
. ?. R! k9 _/ T4 }) TMust possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
0 _4 u9 Y$ _! Y. X; D! F# S% D2 xMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
establish team.

Wages according to qualification and experience
