FUNCTION:
' {5 a( T: Z2 `! T* xThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

9 H: w" @# h" x  N4 e8 KDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
8 v3 {6 I' x$ w8 |- j  s•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
& x, F+ J" z- _! s+ E( I•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
& r0 w5 ]( G0 b1 S' Y$ o•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
1 M1 k- Q& R+ Z3 \. G6 j) r# P•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.

•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
