2 t: ^. o: Y( X; r1 d) UThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
5 {$ T" u% {) m7 r  s, s- N•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

; r# w& n1 @' h1 I6 a' _SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
" u9 J: U1 ?  V6 g8 q' q•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
; X+ S( ]+ q6 x, J•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
2 y7 s1 m1 s9 g5 d7 [8 z•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
* |+ Y$ u/ B% [•        Proficiency in use of the English language.

•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
