FUNCTION:
8 c3 R' u8 o4 a. |This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

, g8 L# S9 {; a6 @DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ g( ]! F3 t7 B, |) `4 d3 U5 d•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
9 O7 g  U' N6 A2 N- A5 F+ e& ]•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

9 q9 K5 H) q! S" u1 S8 FSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
$ Q8 S4 l9 i. S2 k5 m0 i•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
' Y4 _% }( S6 f•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
# ~( A- D, p% G# M5 I' L, G+ i; z•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
