: h- u2 P4 x0 e* S' kPosition: Maintenance Coordinator / Salary Scale: $18.43 to $23.32 per hour. Accountability: The position reports to the Manager of Housing.

) k* e  g- v4 Z6 ?, R" PPosition Abstract: performance of general & specialized building/ground maintenance tasks and projects. This position is responsible to manage and maintain a preventive maintenance program at several locations Part-time to Full-Time.

S% P1 n- W2 G' @! ^Management Responsibilities: In association with the Manager of Housing, develops/prepares goals & objectives and related budgets regarding building maintenance; Monitors and approves maintenance operational expenditures in relation to budgets; Supervises the execution of major maintenance projects outlined within the annual budget; Assist staff in maintenance planning and operational matters.

Maintenance Responsibilities: General building maintenance repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating and mechanical systems; Inspects and monitors life safety equipment/systems; Participates in annual suite and building inspections; Coordinates and supervises outside contractors and/or trades persons as required; Reviews, assess, coordinate and ensures completion of work in vacant suite(s).

( P9 H% |# ?1 l6 i+ y4 oPLUS: ground maintenances which may include grass cutting, planting flowers, tree/shrub pruning, snow removal, sand/salt walkways, etc.; eesponsible to maintain keys/lock systems at specific locations; completes & supervises annual servicing of major equipment; reviews & assess for renewal outside contracts.
