 Work with newcomers in assessing their needs and a needs-based settlement plan.

 Screen and assess clients’ skills and abilities through a workability assessment.: h4 U+ c7 u* \! M
 Determination of which stream of services most appropriate for the client.

 Cooperatively with the client, develop an individualized service plan.
