 Provide ongoing positive encouragement and support to clients accessing the Resource Centre.

 Provide information regarding job search strategies and labour market information.
& |6 b& ?3 N' [4 r9 h, r$ _& D Assist clients with resume and cover letter development, effective job search techniques, interview skills, and accessing the hidden job market after workshop completion.

 Work with newcomers in assessing their needs and a needs-based settlement plan.

 Responsible for intake, orientation and completion of workability assessments.

 Screen and assess clients’ skills and abilities through a workability assessment.
; M* m7 Z& |& |. I# j Determination of which stream of services most appropriate for the client.4 {; H. _8 l5 z7 _$ U5 a, N, n
 Provide referral information on other services that may be more suitable for the client.

 Ensure that participants have access to the required supports to successfully complete their Service Plan
